"We visited this restaurant while staying in Ubud, Bali, and it was a very stylish and impressive place. The furniture and interior design were fancy and beautiful, creating a great atmosphere. There was a large table that was perfect for our whole family to sit together, which we really appreciated. It was also fun to be able to see the kitchen from outside — it added an interesting and lively touch to the dining experience. We tried pasta, pizza, starters, and salads, and everything tasted great. That said, the restaurant was quite expensive compared to local prices. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t get detailed explanations of the dishes, as the staff member serving us was not very comfortable speaking English. Also, there was no air conditioning, so it was very hot, which made the experience a little uncomfortable . Overall, it was a memorable place with great food and beautiful design, but a few improvements could make it even better."

"Chora quickly became our favorite restaurant during our month-long stay in Ubud. we went back several times because it was just that amazing. The food is absolutely incredible: so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared every single time. What truly makes Chora special, though, is the staff. Everyone is so attentive, warm, and genuinely kind, which makes you feel more like family than a customer. We also celebrated my birthday there, and they made it such a memorable and special experience. A big, heartfelt shout-out to Ayu and Mary for being so sweet, thoughtful, and welcoming. Thank you for creating such a beautiful atmosphere! we can’t wait to come back!"

"Since we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we quickly looked at nearby recommendations. We came across this place by chance. It's actually in a central location. The place is designed in a Greek style, and the overall feel of the place is upscale. The atmosphere is quite nice, though a bit dark inside, but that's necessary. Because the restaurant is open-air, they've tried to keep bugs to a minimum. We had chicken skrew, sushi boat (set of 16), creme brule for dessert, and non-alcoholic cocktails for drinks. The chicken skrew was generally delicious, priced at 180,000 IDR (423 TL), sushi boat 250,000 IDR (623 TL), creme brule 90,000 IDR (215 TL), and cocktails around 70,000 IDR. The menu was generally extensive this time. The sushi was truly delicious. The chicken skrew is the Greek version of our chicken shish kebab. The creme brulee was delicious, but the portion was small. The cocktails were also decent. Overall, we were satisfied, and it's definitely worth a try for dinner. While the prices might be high for Bali, they're acceptable considering the quality. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by."

"Visited CHORA for my birthday dinner, and it turned out to be such a special and memorable experience. We randomly found it on Google and decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad we did. The place was even more beautiful than the photos online. It had such a classy, elegant atmosphere that made my birthday feel extra special. Everything was spotless, serene, and peaceful, with an amazing nature view that I absolutely loved. We were attended by Lisa, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. All the staff were warm, attentive, and constantly smiling, which made the whole evening feel even more joyful. I had the salmon steak, and my husband ordered the wagyu steak — and oh my goodness, both were absolutely delicious. Easily 10/10! The vegetables on the side were also perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Every bite was amazing. After dinner, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and sang for me so happily and wholeheartedly. Seeing their bright smiles and enthusiasm truly made my heart so full. It was such a touching moment, and I felt so celebrated. The only small disappointment was that the lamb chop wasn’t available — I was really looking forward to trying it! Please bring it back soon because I would definitely return just for that. I’m sure it would taste incredible. Overall, it was such a happy and satisfying experience. Beautiful ambiance, outstanding food, and the warmest service. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

The open kitchen was a great touch, allowing us to see the fresh fish being prepared. The quality of the food was excellent and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommended!"
